Konstantin Zubanov

Konstantin Zubanov is the Chief Executive Officer of Arte Di Mare, a portfolio company of Otaiba Investments. He brings extensive experience in developing and growing operational companies at various stages of the investment cycle.
Konstantin has held several senior executive roles in the investment sector, including portfolio management and deal execution within sovereign wealth funds. Most recently, he served as M&A Executive Director of Wusuum (formerly Sinyar).
Earlier in his career, Konstantin was a management consultant with Bain & Company in Moscow, London, and Dubai, focusing on strategic planning, operational improvement, and M&A support for consumer-oriented companies, including clients such as De Beers. In 2007, he moved to the Middle East to help establish Bain’s regional presence, growing the team from five to over 100 professionals within three years.
