Abeer Shoukry-Al Otaiba is the visionary Founder and CEO of Otaiba Investments. Since founding the firm in 2020, Abeer has leveraged her engineering and entrepreneurial background to drive innovative opportunities in frequently overlooked regions. In addition to serving as the Chief Strategy Officer for Alpha Technology Group and Steering Committee Member for Livability for Ras Al Hekma Development, Abeer also leads SemSem as the CEO. From civil engineering and fashion design to charity and business development, her diverse professional experience and leadership have been instrumental in the firm’s mission to invest in transformative ideas that inspire change and foster impact.
Amr Shoukry is the Vice President of Business Development for Otaiba Investments. In addition to this role, he is an active member of the SPECTRUM Group and Founder of KS McLean Consulting FZE. With more than 20 years of experience in international trade and global commerce, his extensive background helps drive impactful investment opportunities and strategic partnerships. Determined to invest in people and ideas that will truly change the world for the greater good, Amr plays a key role in managing the firm’s initiatives and growth.
